Lance once again opened our system for the season…called 15 minutes before arrival. Excellent Customer Service, Knowledgeable, Attention to Detail and a Great listener & Personality! Lance is the type of guy that has a “happy to be at work to help the customers.” He commented our landscaping and beautiful grass which is being taken care by Maxum lawn services. I had my irrigation system turned on this morning for the new season. Jason D came to do the work. He has been to my home before and, as usual, did an outstanding job. Looked like we were going to have issues with one of the sprinkler heads...very erratic. But Jason being Jason persevered and made it work. Great technician, very knowledgeable and extremely personable...all around good people. Maxum is fortunate to have him as a team member.

Maxum is only irrigation company I would use. I have used them for for years. They installed our first system and then we called them back for an expansion. They also do our startup, shutdown, and necessary maintenance. Service Tech Jason D did the most recent shutown and is a good representative for Maxum. He was prompt, professional, and friendly.
